Creative, cultural change specialists

About us

Establishing Culture Kitt just made sense.

Our namesake, Eartha Kitt – activist, singer, actor, and absolute icon – inspired Founder and Director, Emily Brown, to bring together her diverse team of professional creatives to deliver profound cultural change around the world. Ever evolving, we lead with research, drive with innovation, and deliver with creativity to bring humanity to the corporate table.

In practical terms, it means policies are brought to life, workshops are designed, programs are delivered, and leaders are developed. In real life terms, it means people find clarity, energy, and confidence in themselves and businesses discover effective, measurable, and enduring cultural change.

Emily Brown

(She/Her) Founder & CEO

Things in life I love – inclusivity, diversity, creativity, and bringing a bucket load of energy to the table. And did I mention cultural change? That too. It’s why I founded Culture Kitt, and why I’m so fervently committed to the memorable style of programs and services my team and I deliver. A little about me? I was singing and dancing by the time I could walk, and with that fire of theatre in my belly I began a lifelong and international career in cultural change and performance coaching with a difference. But I’m not here to sell you my CV (you can read that in my LinkedIn profile). I’m here to partner with you to make a genuine, enduring difference. Not only in you, but in your team and your business. I love what I do.
I love seeing change. And I can’t wait for you to experience it.
